Our cakes are a true treat for the senses. Made with a delicate vanilla or chocolate sponge in two layers, the first layer is filled with a creamy blend of mascarpone or dulce de leche, while the second layer bursts with flavor from a handcrafted fruit paste, ideally using seasonal fruits for a fresh and vibrant touch.
Fluffy cakes are adorned with a perfect mix of cream and mascarpone, creating a smooth and silky texture that delicately melts in every bite. We also add touches of fresh fruits and flowers on the surface, not only to delight the eyes but also to complement the exquisite flavors of our creations.
